MyFitnessPal is an app designed to help individuals tracker what they eat and how much they eat, even if they go out to eat in a restaurant. MyFitnessPal even tracks your progress depending on how much weight an individual would like to gain/loss/maintain. This app is great for students that aren’t sure about what or how much food they need to have in order to have a healthy diet and progress toward their health goals. MyFitnessPal even tracks the amount of exercise burned and can calculate how much more intake of food or calories you need for that day to stay on track towards an individuals health goal. I think this app is great for students that want something to help them identify what would be beneficial and not beneficial to eat, want to track their nutritional health progress, and to develop a greater understanding of what they put into their body on a daily basis.
